Owner-Occupied vs Investment

Owner-Occupied

You live in the property. Lenders typically offer lower rates for owner-occupiers because the perceived risk is lower - and you can't claim interest as a tax deduction.

Investment

You rent the property out or hold it as an asset. Rates are usually slightly higher, but the interest may be tax-deductible. Structure matters - and Jeff can help you get it right from day one.

Fixed vs Variable Rate

Fixed Rate
